This is our holiday apartment in Villamartim, Orihuela Costa, Spain It has two bedrooms with a full size sofa bed in the lounge area and a travel cot, and will comfortably sleep up to 6 people, the apartment has hot/cold air conditioning to both bedrooms and the lounge area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and cutlery and crockery, there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room off the kitchen. The lounge area has seating for 7 adults and a dining table that can seat six, a 42″ smart TV with UK freeview, hi speed wifi and toys if you have children. At the front there is a full width south facing balcony with seating and views to the pool, and leading up the stairs from there is a large roof terrace with a built in barbecue, dining furniture and sunbeds.
